St.Louis Minor Home Repair Program
North Newstead Association (NNA) is a 501(c)(3) organization that has provided affordable
housing and other services to St. Louis residents since 1993. This year, NNA is providing minor weatherization and accessibility home repair services for seniors (aged 60 and older)
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
• All eligible clients must own AND live in the home.
• Homeowner must be aged 60 or older.
• Real estate taxes must be current.
• Willingness to participate in a post survey after repairs have been completed.
